The front desk staff's responsiveness was lacking, as they did not answer calls when assistance was needed.

Not professional staff!

I recently stayed at Extended Stay in Rock Hill for a weekend getaway. The staff, including the General Manager, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome and safe as out-of-town visitors. The room itself was impressively spacious, surpassing any other hotel room I've stayed in. We loved the property and its convenient location, with a mall just across the street. It was perfect for our event attendance.
